We appreciate the adherence of our sauna regulations. Our wellness area is a place for restfulness and recreation, which can only be enjoyed if all our guests are considerate of one another. The spa team is encouraged to ask our guests to comply with our regulations. All regulations can be found at the spa entrance.

Children under 14 years of age are allowed in the sauna area only when accompanied by their parents or adult legal guardian.
The legal guardian is responsible for the children complying with the sauna regulations. If that should not be the case and other guest should be disturbed, our staff members will ask you to leave the area and escort you to the exit.

For the use of our wellness area, you will find two towels per person in your room. Additional towels are available on request at our spa reception.

At the entrance to the sauna, you will find a shelf to your right side, which you can use for deposition. Please ensure not to take any valuable articles in the spa area. We will not be liable for any losses.

In the lounge of the sauna area, we provide authentic Tyrolean fountain water, different drinks and fresh fruit. We kindly ask you to dispose the resulting waste in the trash bins provided.

Even though this is already mentioned in the sauna regulations, this topic is always controversial among guests and staff members. However, this is not a plea but a regulation! For hygienic reasons, it is prohibited to wear textiles of any kind in the saunas and steam baths. Every guest needs to place a towel on the seating or lying surface to prevent sweat from soaking into the wood.
